A: One of the following acts:

(5) disturbing the election order conducted according to law.

According to the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, a warning or a fine of not more than 200 yuan shall be given. If the circumstances are serious, a person shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and a fine of not more than 500 yuan may be imposed. Those who gather people to commit the above acts shall be detained for more than 10 days and less than 15 days, and may also be fined less than 1,000 yuan.
