(6) Parking and testing brakes on non-designated road sections;

(7) Dumping garbage, discharging sewage, and washing vehicles;

(8) Posting or hanging slogans, advertisements, newspaper reading boards, telephone booths, etc. on road facilities without authorization;

(9) Constructing various buildings (structures) without authorization;

(10) Burning debris, drying and crushing crops, mixing concrete and cement mortar, washing sand and gravel, etc. that damage road facilities. kind of operations;

(11) Damaging, moving, or blocking road nameplates;

(12) Building slopes at the steps between the roadway and the sidewalk without authorization;

(13) Other acts of damaging or encroaching on road facilities. Article 8 No unit or individual may occupy urban roads without authorization. Units and individuals that really need to temporarily occupy roads due to special circumstances must obtain the consent of the public security and traffic management department, the approval of the municipal competent department, and pay urban road occupancy fees and deposits in accordance with regulations. . The maximum period of temporary road occupation shall not exceed six months. Extension approval procedures are required for more than six months.

Article 9 Units and individuals that are approved to temporarily occupy roads shall abide by the following regulations:
