Further strengthen the quality management of primary school mathematics teaching, comprehensively improve the quality of primary school mathematics teaching, and lay a good foundation for students' sustainable development.

Second, the principle of proposition

1. Discipline principle: On the basis of attaching importance to the "four basics", focus on examining students' basic mathematical knowledge and skills, basic mathematical thoughts and methods. 3. Guiding principle: According to the new curriculum standard-Beijing Normal University Edition primary school mathematics textbook, but not limited to textbooks. The content of the test questions is based on standards, with wide coverage and moderate difficulty, so that teachers and students can "have standards to follow and books to find" in the teaching process.
