Article 1: The supervision of cleaning operations in the sanitary area is based on the "Sanitary Management Regulations of Zhongyuan Methanol Plant and the Notice on the Division of Sanitary and Greening Responsibility Areas" and the "Green Belt Responsible Area Management and Assessment Methods" as standards.
Article 2: Cleaning Scope
Management of factory roads, isolation belts, road edges, green spaces and garbage bins and other sanitation facilities set up on road sections and the surrounding sanitation.
Article 3: Cleaning quality standards
(1) Roads should be cleaned throughout the day to meet the standards of "four no's" and "four cleans". That is: no accumulated water or ice; no garbage; no leakage of sweeps or piles; no cleaning (emptying) of garbage and dirt into ditches, flower ponds, green spaces, etc. The road surface should be clean; the road edges should be clean; the walls should be clean; and the trash cans should be clean.
(2) The cleaned garbage must not be dumped randomly and must be dumped in designated garbage bins.
(3) The responsibility for clearing, transporting, managing and protecting the garbage in the road section must be assigned to the person responsible.
Article 4: Road cleaning time
Twice a day, 8:00-9:00 in the morning; 2:00-3:00 in the afternoon
Article 5: Requirements for road sweeping and cleaning operations
(1) The quality of sweeping and cleaning operations must meet the prescribed standards.
(2) Strictly implement the cleaning and cleaning operation time.
(3) Garbage and dirt inside and outside the trash cans in the area must be cleaned during each shift.
(4) Do not sweep garbage, leaves, or sediment into sewers or water intakes.

(2) The factory health inspection team conducts regular or irregular inspections of the health areas and green areas of each department, handles problems in a timely manner, and holds those responsible accountable.
(3) For problems discovered during inspections and spot checks (including sanitary blind spots), the inspection team will notify the health person in charge of the corresponding department as soon as possible. After the processing is completed, the department health person in charge should promptly report to the factory health department The inspection team provides feedback on the processing results.
(4) The inspection team must handle the inspection situation and problems discovered in a timely manner and keep records.
Article 7: Cleaning and Cleaning Responsibility and Punishment Standards
Each department must implement a joint and several target responsibility system, with the team leader as the responsible person for accountability. If a task is not completed within the prescribed time limit, a warning will be given. If it is not completed for the second time, a notice of criticism will be issued and a financial fine will be imposed. Each department can issue rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment methods based on the problems found. (3) If waste is littered in the factory area, 0.2 points will be deducted.
(4) 0.2 points will be deducted if the on-site trash can is not emptied in time, causing waste to be exposed, or if the trash can is damaged and the replacement is not reported in time.
(5) 0.5 points will be deducted for departmental inspection records that are incomplete or have no inspection records.
(6) If problems are found during inspection and are not corrected promptly after being corrected on the spot, the penalty shall be doubled.
