How to build beautiful countryside?

The construction of beautiful countryside is an important measure to promote the development of rural economic and social sciences, improve the quality of life of farmers, accelerate the process of urban-rural integration and build a happy Tai Po. It is also the main starting point for promoting the construction of new countryside and ecological civilization. According to the requirements of relevant provincial and municipal documents, combined with the actual situation of our county, this implementation plan is formulated.

I. Guiding ideology

Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, we will fully implement the work arrangement of "building a happy village and building a beautiful countryside" of the county party committee, adhere to the close integration of beautiful countryside construction with industrial development, increasing farmers' income and improving people's livelihood, and comprehensively build a livable, business-friendly and tourist-friendly beautiful countryside and beautiful countryside civilization and physical and mental beauty in accordance with the requirements of scientific planning, beautiful layout, clean village appearance and beautiful life, so as to improve the quality of life of urban and rural residents, promote ecological civilization and enhance people's happiness.

Second, the overall goal

Through the construction of beautiful countryside, we will further explore the development idea of building a happy and harmonious Tai Po, speed up the construction of four major projects: ecological settlement, ecological environment, ecological economy and ecological culture, strive to build Hakka Shangri-La and an international slow city, and do a good job in the construction of county-level demonstration villages such as Hounan Village, Houbei Village, Kuikeng Village in Julio Town and Xiaoliu Village in Mazhen Town, and make steady progress from point to area. By the end of 20 15, the county has completed the construction of beautiful countryside in 100 administrative villages, promoting the county to become a "livable and tourable" village and live and work in beautiful countryside.

2. The rural ecological environment has been continuously optimized. Rural garbage and sewage have been effectively treated, the appearance of villages and the level of greening and beautification have been continuously improved, rural areas are covered with parks, and the living environment has been obviously optimized.

3. Rural living environment has been improved. Rural population agglomeration, children's schooling, medical and health care, traffic conditions and living environment have been improved, farmers' income channels have increased, and their living standards have been continuously improved.

4. Rural ecological culture is becoming increasingly prosperous. The ecological culture with rural characteristics has been effectively explored, protected and promoted, the concept of ecological civilization has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and a healthy and civilized lifestyle has taken shape.
