The average number of people evacuated from each safety exit in the audience hall of public entertainment places is not more than how many.

According to Order No.39 of the Ministry of Public Security "Regulations on Fire Safety Management in Public Entertainment Places", the ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Public Security was promulgated and implemented on May 1999+0.

Article 13

The establishment of public places of entertainment in underground buildings shall meet the following requirements in addition to other provisions of these Provisions:

(a) only allowed in the basement;

(2) There should be no less than two safety exits leading to the ground, and the widths of safety exits, stairs and walkways should comply with the provisions of relevant building design fire protection codes;

(3) Set up mechanical smoke control facilities;

(4) Set automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler system;

(five) the use of liquefied petroleum gas is strictly prohibited.
