5. The construction site of this project shall be within the red line of the general plan of the project and the temporary rented land. 6. The construction unit sets up containment facilities around the construction site. If it is a project under construction on the street or in a residential area, it should set up closed containment facilities for operations. There should be no garbage within 50 meters of the construction site and 100 meters of the entrance and exit. , sewage, and keep the surrounding area clean and tidy.

7. The construction site should ensure that the access roads are smooth, flat, solid, and have room for maneuver. The construction site should have reliable drainage measures. 8. 11. Strictly follow the provisions of the "Fire Protection Regulations of the People's Republic of China and the State", establish and implement a fire prevention management system at the construction site, set up fire protection facilities that meet the requirements, and maintain them in intact standby condition. Special fire safety measures should be taken when constructing or storing or using flammable or explosive equipment in fire-prone areas. 12. Comprehensive management of social security must be strengthened at the construction site. The construction organization design should have a plan for security measures and implement a responsibility system for comprehensive management of public security. 21. The construction unit must strengthen the management and restraint of its on-site personnel. Fights of any nature are strictly prohibited during the performance of the contract. Construction site quality management system

1. The construction unit must conduct construction and acceptance according to the design drawings, design changes, specifications, acceptance standards, relevant local regulations, and construction unit requirements , the project quality must reach excellent standards.

2. Before each construction unit starts work, the construction site must cooperate with qualified and complete management personnel, establish a complete quality and progress guarantee system, and must have an overall construction organization design and review and approval by Party A. 3. During the construction process, the person in charge and technical personnel on the construction site must make serious technical explanations to the workers, and keep corresponding written records for review.

5. The "three inspections" system must be strictly implemented for concealed acceptance of sub-projects. 7. When Party A and the supervisor have questions about the construction quality and require the construction unit to retest, the construction unit should actively cooperate. If quality doubts are raised about concealed projects and re-inspection is required, regardless of whether the construction unit conducts acceptance inspection, the construction unit shall strip or drill holes as required, and re-cover or modify them after inspection. 8. 11. If the construction unit fails to perform construction according to the contract for many times, or violates normal construction procedures and construction techniques to carry out brutal construction, or the construction quality, safety, environmental protection, etc. fail to meet relevant requirements, or the construction materials used If the equipment does not meet the requirements, Party A has the right to order the construction unit to suspend construction, and the construction unit must make rectifications immediately. 12. 13. All materials entering the site must provide material certification documents for review. The materials submitted for inspection must pass the test of a laboratory recognized by the local quality supervision station before they can be used on site. If the construction period is delayed due to failure to submit for inspection in time, the construction unit will be fully responsible. 14. Each construction unit shall start rectification within 2 hours after receiving the rectification notice from Party A’s on-site representative and complete the rectification within the deadline. 15. Before mixing concrete or mortar, each construction unit must submit the concrete or mortar construction mix ratio document to Party A. 4. 7. All on-site documents shall be based on standard printed texts and shall be properly kept. If the text is not standard printed, each unit has the right to refuse to sign for it, and the corresponding impact and responsibility will be borne by the sending party. 8. All written documents and notices on site must be signed by the construction unit’s management personnel approved by Party A within the specified time. If there are any objections after signing, they must be raised within the same day, otherwise it will be deemed to be approved and should be completed within the time limit specified in the document.

9. During the construction process, if each unit has management or technical problems that need to be solved through coordination, they must immediately raise them directly to Party A. 10. The various on-site management systems and regulations formulated by the construction unit shall not contradict or conflict with the various management systems formulated by Party A as an attachment to the construction supplementary agreement, and shall be accompanied by the construction team before entering the site.
