Further increase the publicity of activities to create a safe society, raise the awareness of participation of the whole people, and mobilize the whole society to actively participate in public security volunteer activities. The community mobilized cadres, workers and residents of enterprises and institutions within its jurisdiction to carry out publicity and education, and hung and posted publicity banners, slogans and blackboard newspapers in main streets and residential areas, which made our publicity and education on creating a safe society achieve the expected results.

3, improve the organization network and rules and regulations, and actively carry out prevention and control work. Community prevention and control work is organized in an orderly manner. This year, our community * * * dispatched more than 7,000 volunteer patrol members, and it has become institutionalized for community workers to wear volunteer patrol armbands every day. The community also equipped the voluntary patrol with a small horn to remind residents to take precautions by playing a recording of shouting. Community residents' awareness of prevention has been significantly improved, the construction of prevention forces has been significantly enhanced, criminal cases have been effectively curbed, the sense of security of community residents has been significantly improved, social order is good, and people live and work in peace and contentment.

In 2005, the responsibility book for comprehensive management of social security in XX District stipulated that this year, the township (street) and village (neighborhood) committees will focus on prevention and treatment. In order to do a better job in the comprehensive management of social security, our community strives to reduce the incidence rate, ensure the safety of residents' lives and property, and try its best to implement closed management of residential quarters within its jurisdiction. For residential areas without fences, fences should be built and ideological work should be done for residents in unit buildings without security doors. XX area 1 enables voluntary patrol members to be on duty at the gate of the community to prevent others from entering the community. The public security situation in the community has been greatly improved, the phenomenon of vehicle theft has been reduced, and there is no noise of collecting waste during lunch break, which is well received by residents. Since June, the volunteer patrol members in our community began to broadcast total recall during the patrol with small speakers, and posted a proposal in the residential building, calling on residents to take action and strive for the unified installation of security doors on the stairs of the unit building.
