Is there a difference between engineering survey and mine survey?

Mine survey is mostly in engineering survey. Mines include coal mines, metal mines, nonmetal mines, building materials mines and chemical mines. Mine survey is an important part of mine construction period and production period. The survey work of several mines in Shanshan involves land and wells, which should not only serve the mine production and construction, but also provide information for safety production so as to lead the decision-making on safety production. Any negligence or roughness in mine survey will affect production or may lead to serious accidents. Therefore, the responsibility and role of mine survey in mine development is enormous. Its main tasks are: (1) to establish a mine control network and survey the topographic map and mine map of 1: 500~ 1: 5000; (2) Carry out construction survey and completion acceptance survey of various projects in mining areas and shafts; (3) Mapping and compiling various mining engineering drawings and geometric drawings of ore bodies; 4. Observe and study the movement of rock strata and surface, and provide data for pillar protection and safe mining.
