In youth, who doesn’t have a few passions that erupt like the rising sun?

It may be a grand and exciting statement. When a great scientist who "shocks the world" and a famous writer who "doesn't stop talking until his words are startling", he becomes a fighting hero in the style of Mak Hind that is envied by everyone. And a model figure like Jiao Yulu.

It may also be slogans with iron determination, such as "One is not afraid of hardship and the other is not afraid of death", "As long as you can't practice to death, practice to death", "Work hard for a hundred days to win a big project", etc. Infused with confidence and determination to win.

It is also possible that over-investment of energy into action, a concentrated mental state, working overtime day and night, and a good style of continuous fighting will make passion everywhere.

No matter what kind of situation, we seem to have experienced it when we were young, leaving more or less traces of the years.

What we are most passionate about is "being an excellent soldier and building a first-class company." The third machine company I am in has been a laggard for ten consecutive years. After this slogan was shouted, everyone from the company commander to the instructor seemed to have changed. They rushed forward with all their strength. In just one year, they changed drastically. Be among the first to impress others.

What we advocate most is "fight for the first place and carry the red flag when you see it." From martial arts competitions to health evaluations, everyone competes for first place and carries the red flag. During a five-kilometer cross-country assessment, a famous comrade in the company was held back. Four soldiers from the top class worked together to carry him to the finish line. Honor is more important than anything else.

What we desire most is “fine and top quality”. In everything we do, we strive for excellence and transcendence, to become exquisite products and ultimate products, and to achieve special concentration of energy, special care in doing things, and special investment.

What we understand best is "to endure hardship, suffer losses, and suffer anger". Only by enduring hardship can we become a superior person, and only by suffering losses can we become a big-bellied person. Only by enduring hardship can we become a gentleman, one step higher than others. As a reward, you must pass the "Three Eats", and eat to show excitement, heroism and the style of a gentleman.

There are a few things that can be mentioned here.

One of them is the War Letter incident. In order to participate in the mission in Beijing in the late 1980s, as recruits, all the recruits wrote a letter of application. As a representative, they read it out to the whole battalion. Is it a kind of fighting passion?

The second one expresses determination. That year when we were digging optical cables in southern Henan, each person had to pay 20 meters per day, and they held a swearing-in meeting to express their determination to fight for the first place in the organization. The scene was really passionate, wasn't it full of pride?

The third, the attack event. In order to win the medal of the pacesetter company, the regiment organized a competition. The company fought hard battles, broke the ax and sank the boat, and achieved a hundred and two passes. The strength was like a rainbow, a rare youthful feat.

The fourth is a high-quality event. In preparation for the on-site meeting of standardized construction, a demonstration subject was put forward, and everyone brainstormed and worked day and night to create a high-quality product. Isn't it a state of passion?
