After logging in, your account name will be displayed in the upper left corner of the webpage. Click the letter next to your account name.

A new webpage will pop up. Then, at the bottom of the column of the station letter you received, you can see "When you receive a new station letter, the system will play a sound". Click "Close" and there should be no sound.
