1. Modify the reserved mobile phone number for the debit card:

(1) Palm Bank: For versions 7.0 and above, you can go to "My→Security Center→Mobile Number Management→Bank Reserved Mobile Number→Modify" in the lower right corner of the Palm Bank page, enter your real-name mobile number and enter the SMS verification code to modify it. The modification process requires verification of the ID number, face, and mobile phone number registered with my real name. Both the reserved mobile phone number and the verified mobile phone number require real-name authentication. If the reserved mobile phone number is no longer in use or has not been reserved with our bank and has registered with our bank's Palm Banking version 7.0 or below, you can click "Forgot Password" when logging in to Palm Banking, enter your ID number, scan your face and click "Change" Verify mobile phone number" to simultaneously modify the reserved mobile phone number.
