For example, the expiration date is 04/ 12, which means the expiration date is 20 12 at the end of April. On the back of the card is an anti-counterfeiting code, and on the right side of the signature column, there are 7 digits in total, and the last 3 digits of these 7 digits are anti-counterfeiting codes.

The validity period of CCB credit card:

According to Article 16 of CCB Hotspot Service, the validity period of CCB credit cards is generally five years, and the inquiry method of validity period is four digits below the card number on the front of the credit card (month in front and year in the back). For example, the last four digits of the card number are 08/ 15, indicating that the credit card will expire on August 20 15.

For the convenience of cardholders, CCB will provide you with automatic card replacement service two months in advance. Before your card expires, we will mail a new card to your billing address. After receiving a new card, you can use it by activating it. At the same time, the old card will be invalid. Please cut and destroy it yourself.

The old card can be used until the expiration of the validity period if the new CCB credit card has not been received or the new card has not been opened;

The card number of the new CCB credit card is the same as that of the old one. After you open a new card for renewal, the password will be the original transaction password. If it needs to be modified, it can be modified on the ATM of China Construction Bank.

Precautions when the credit card expires:

1. The credit card is about to expire, and the staff of the credit card customer service center will contact whether to issue a new credit card to continue using it. If so, leave the correct contact address to ensure that you can receive a new credit card.

At present, most banks send credit cards by registered mail. In the way of sending confirmation, some banks only use SMS to notify, and some banks are more humanized. They will call back after sending the credit card to confirm whether the customer has received it. Therefore, cardholders should also follow up the delivery of new cards to prevent being impersonated.

3. If the credit card has expired and there is a balance in the account, the bank will not take the initiative to inform the customer for a refund.

4. When the customer cancels the card after the expiration of its validity period or finds that there is a balance in the card, he can call the credit card customer service hotline to ask for a refund. Customers provide other savings card accounts of our bank, and the bank will transfer the balance to the designated account for free, but there is a time lag when the funds arrive, and some of them will take one month to arrive.

CCB's credit card will not be automatically cancelled after it expires within a limited period of time. Credit cards are generally valid for three years; At the end of three years, the bank credit card center will evaluate the credit situation; If you use it well and repay it on time, the service life will be extended; If the credit is bad and the repayment is not made on time, the extension will not be extended.
