The Billie Billie submission tool cannot send the verification code.

There are several situations when the verification code can't be sent out, such as mobile phone downtime, network problems and software problems.

The first one is that your mobile phone number has no phone bill, and you can't receive SMS verification code if the arrears stop.

The second is that you may not receive the verification code because of network problems. I suggest you try another network.

The third problem is that the software problem may not be used for SMS verification for the time being. You can change to a different login method.
