1. Qualification review requirements

Subsequent professional qualifications or other rights and interests obtained accordingly will also be canceled and recorded in the professional and technical files of the parties and relevant integrity files.

2. Manual verification objects

2021 Intermediate Safety Engineer, First-level Cost Engineer, Registered Urban and Rural Planner, Licensed Pharmacist, Survey and Design Engineer, Statistics (Elementary and Intermediate), Publishing Those who have passed all subjects of the Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination and the following conditions exist (see the attachment for the specific list of personnel. 3. Manual verification time and location

The province’s manual verification work will be completed before January 11, 2022, and the verification results will be submitted before January 18. Applicants can log on to the website of the municipal or state human resources and social security bureau (personnel examination agency) where they registered to check the specific verification time and requirements. All cities and states should announce the manual verification time on relevant websites as soon as possible, and use various methods such as text messages, phone calls, and public accounts as much as possible to make applicants understand the relevant requirements for manual verification. All localities should try their best to use various methods to conduct manual verification to facilitate candidates and reduce the gathering of people.

If the subject of this manual verification fails to participate in the verification within the above time for some reason, please pay attention to the manual verification and reissue notice on the website of each city, state, and state human resources and social security bureau (personnel examination agency), and carry out manual verification and reissue within the specified time. . If the applicant still fails to reapply, it will be deemed that the applicant has given up automatically. After the qualification examination and other departments clean up the relevant data, in principle, the qualification review and certification will no longer be carried out, and the consequences will be borne by the applicant.

Starting from 2021, for exams held in the first half of each year, manual verification and re-issuance will generally be in late December of that year; for exams held in the second half of the year, manual verification and re-issuance will generally be in late April of the following year. IV. Manual Verification Procedures

Qualification examinations such as intermediate safety engineers shall implement self-qualification review of applicants before online registration, preliminary review of qualifications of the unit where they work, automatic verification by the online registration service platform, or announcement of test results. Later, the human resources and social security department organized manual verification.

(1) Individual self-examination by applicants. Candidates are requested to carefully read and understand the relevant examination documents and the requirements stipulated in this announcement again, especially the standard conditions such as academic qualifications, working years, qualifications, and majors in the registration requirements, and submit relevant materials as required.

(2) Preliminary review of qualifications of the unit where you work. The personnel (human resources) department of the applicant's unit must verify all information in the applicant's "Qualification Examination Application Form" one by one and strictly control it. The unit where you work should make full use of modern information technology such as big data for verification, strengthen online query and verification of the materials provided by the applicant, strictly prevent fraud, and retain the results of the initial review for verification. At the same time, a certificate of working years will be issued.

(3) Manual verification by cities and states. In accordance with the principle of "where you sign up, you will be reviewed", the municipal and state human resources and social security departments will verify the preliminary review results of your unit. Cities and states should promptly announce the list of personnel participating in manual verification, time, location and related requirements. Manual verification must re-check the applicant's name, gender, age, unit, major, academic qualifications, qualifications, professional and technical positions, territorial registration, examination results and other relevant information.

For those who meet the application conditions and have qualified examination results, the data will be registered and archived for future reference; the results of applicants who do not meet the application conditions will be deemed invalid, and no confirmation document or certificate will be issued.

(4) Announcement of manual verification results. Cities and prefectures must promptly publish the results of manual verification on relevant websites and the list of qualified persons who have passed verification on the registration service platform, accept reports and verify them. The certificate collection matters for those who have passed the test without any objection will be announced on the "Hunan Personnel Examination Network (www.hunanpea.com)" and the city and state websites. Relevant personnel are requested to pay attention in time and receive the qualification certificate as required.

5. Materials to be submitted for manual verification

In accordance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Public Services in the Field of Human Resources and Social Security" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security In the spirit of [2016] No. 44), the qualification review department must effectively optimize the public service process, vigorously simplify the service procedures, and shall not require applicants to provide various unnecessary certificates, shall not conduct "circular certificate" verification, and make the application as smooth as possible. 5. Candidates whose professional qualification examination level is "additional major" for first-level cost engineer and intermediate safety engineer only need to submit a copy of the first professional qualification certificate they have obtained.

(3) Precautions

1. During the preliminary review of qualifications, the applicant shall provide original copies of relevant materials such as ID card, academic degree certificate, and qualification certificate. During the initial review by your employer, if the application is deemed to need to be kept for future reference, you can make a copy for verification and sign "Conformity with the original" on the copy, and the original will be returned to the applicant.

2. During manual verification, the results of the preliminary inspection are mainly reviewed, with emphasis on further confirmation of the inquiry and certification issued by the preliminary inspection unit. The applicant shall no longer be required to provide original documents during verification.

3. All copies of materials must be on A4 paper and stamped with the official seal of the unit.

VI. Relevant liability investigation

(1) Responsibility investigation of applicants and others. According to the spirit of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's "Notice on the Implementation of Post-Examination Qualification Review for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination" (Xianrenshehan [2012] No. 526), ??applicants must understand the relevant application policies before applying. 1. If you fill in the relevant information truthfully but do not meet the requirements, and falsely take the exam as if you meet the registration requirements, your exam results will be invalid, no document or certificate will be issued, and the exam fee will not be refunded, and you will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Anyone who submits false materials (fake identity documents, invalid academic qualifications, fake qualification certificates, fake professional materials, etc.) to participate in the qualification review will be punished in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Disciplines and Violations in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel" (Personnel Ministry of Social Affairs Order No. 31) will be dealt with accordingly.

3. If the relevant behavior constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to the judicial authority for criminal liability in accordance with the law. (2) Accountability of staff.

1. The applicant’s unit and staff should strengthen the verification of the applicant’s relevant information, and those who assist in fraud will be dealt with seriously once discovered.

2.
