Cannot receive verification code from SAIC-GM

1. Check the phone settings to see if there is an option to reject text messages. If so, please turn it off.

2. The mobile phone is in arrears or the signal is poor, which may result in the inability to receive the verification code. Please be sure to confirm the mobile phone bill and signal status.

3. Some mobile phones will intercept or filter text messages. Check whether the mobile phone has the option to block or filter text messages.
