Why do bosses always like women who are scheming?

Intrigue is the way of survival in society. Putting interests first is the survival principle of society. Either suffer a hidden loss, or let yourself become cunning. There is nothing else to do. The reason why bosses like those scheming women is because they like to watch those women compete with each other to bring more benefits to the company. To put it bluntly, it is just a chess piece.
