ICBC's mobile app sent a text message saying that the Android client can't log in to other mobile phones.

I didn't open the ICBC application. If the text message is a link, don't open it. It may be a Trojan horse. If it is binding, you can bind and change your mobile phone number, but you can log in directly with your account or mobile phone number. It seems that the bound mobile phone should be consistent with the mobile phone number reserved for opening an account.
