If Party A breaches the contract, Party B will collect the arrears from Party A through letters, short messages, e-mails, telephone calls, door-to-door, media announcements or judicial channels (such as filing a case with the public security organ, filing a lawsuit with the people's court, applying for arbitration, etc.), exercise the security interest, seek recourse from the guarantor, deduct the arrears from the account opened by Party A in any institution of Party B, cancel the account, withdraw Party A's credit card, and terminate the business relationship with Party A, thus causing losses to Party B (. ). If Party B's funds are deducted due to the needs of the court and other competent authorities, Party B has the right to take measures such as deducting Party A's funds to compensate Party B for the economic losses incurred.
