Legal analysis: The execution notice is given to the person subject to execution. The court’s enforcement notice is generally delivered in the following form:

1. Notify the person subject to execution by phone to pick it up

2. The person subject to execution is served by judicial mail

3. The judge personally goes to the domicile, temporary residence and work unit of the person subject to execution (individual citizen) to deliver the goods

4. The judge personally goes to the person (unit) subject to execution to deliver the goods, and the office, front desk and other departments sign for receipt

5. The judge personally goes to the residence, temporary residence, and temporary residence of the immediate family members of the person subject to execution (individual citizen). Service at residence or work unit 6. If the person subject to execution refuses to sign for delivery, service can be delayed. The judge will make a record and license plate, which can be posted in a conspicuous location of the residence or unit

8. If the person subject to execution is of other nationalities, it can be transferred through the embassy.

Legal basis: Article 84 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China" The service of litigation documents must be accompanied by a service receipt, and the recipient shall record it on the service receipt. State the date of receipt and sign or stamp it.

The date of receipt signed by the recipient on the delivery receipt is the date of delivery.
