How to operate CCB's mobile phone reconciliation

The specific operations of reconciliation are as follows:

1. Open the mobile banking App of CCB and log in the account;

2. Find "My Account" at the top of the homepage and click Enter;

3. On my account page, select the bank card account to be reconciled;

4. On the account details page, find the "Bill Query" option, click to enter the bill query page, select the reconciliation date range, and click the "Query" button;

5. The system will display the billing information within the corresponding date interval, and you can view the billing details by sliding the screen.
