Personal bank login mobile phone number modification method:

1. Please ask the cardholder to apply for modifying his/her valid ID card and debit card (or quasi-credit card or credit card) for the signing bank.

2. Please log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Mobile Number → Pocket Banking → Add/Delete" to modify it.

Personal pocket silver activation method:

Personal customers need to activate Pocket Banking after downloading or reinstalling the APP for the first time. You need to enter the mobile phone number of your registered pocket bank, and the program will generate a ciphertext message. Please do not modify any letters in the email, and send the email directly using the mobile phone number of your registered pocket bank. Whether the activation is successful or not, our bank will reply to the SMS. If the activation is successful, restart the client login and it can be used normally.
