UNO game description

The basic principle of UNO game is that the player who plays all the cards in his hand first wins. At the beginning of the game, everyone is given seven cards, and then they play cards one by one in counterclockwise order.

If the player has no cards to play, he must touch one from the library. If this card can be played, he will play it at once, otherwise he will skip it and let the next family play it. Players can also pretend that they have no cards in their hands and draw cards, but if they want to play cards, they must also play the cards they have just drawn.

When you play the last card, shout uno. If the player forgets to say "UNO", he will be fined to draw two cards from a pile of cards after being discovered by others. If it is not found in time, it will not be pursued, that is, the next player will not be pursued until he has been found out after playing the cards. Conversely, if you call UNO by mistake, you need to punish two cards.

Of course, if you don't have a card left in your hand and someone points out that you didn't shout "UNO", that person will draw two cards from the pile.
