There is no prompt tone when receiving WeChat.

It is recommended that you check according to the following methods:

1. Please set >; Notification and status bar > apply notification settings, click apply to enter notification settings details, and open specific functions such as notification authority, screen lock, banner, desktop corner sign, ringtone and vibration.

2. please set > don't set the notification bell to none in sound and vibration, and turn on the vibration function when ringing.

3. Some applications can set their own notification switches. It is recommended that you find the corresponding switches in the application settings to confirm that they are turned on. Take wechat as an example, click me > settings > new message notification > open to receive new message notification.
