How to backup Samsung note

You can back up data on your phone/tablet through the following methods:

1. Back up to an external SD card.

1). Multimedia files: My files - All files - sdcard0 - Find the file that needs to be copied - Long press and hold without letting go - Copy (if not, please click the menu key - Copy) - Return to external_sd (External SD card folder) - Just click "Paste here".

2). Contacts: Contacts-click the menu key-Import/Export-export to SD card.

SMS: message-open a conversation-long press and hold the message content to be backed up-copy to SD card.

3). Some machines support moving software to an external SD card: Settings - Application Manager - Downloaded - Query the software that needs to be moved to the external SD card - Move to SD card ( If it is gray, movement is not supported).

2. Back up to computer.

1) Connect your phone/tablet to the computer via a data cable. The computer will display the removable disk drive letter. Copy the multimedia files in the phone to the computer.

2) Install the Kies software on your computer, connect your phone/tablet to the computer, and open the Kies software. Through the backup/restore function in Kies software, you can back up contacts, multimedia files, etc. on your phone/tablet to your computer. Kies3 supports backing up some installation programs to the computer (Kies3 is suitable for mobile phones using Android 4.3 or above).
