If the enterprise fails to perform its responsibilities, and the freight company and passengers resort to deceit and cause serious consequences, the relevant responsibilities shall be investigated according to the law and regulations.

Epidemic areas should formulate measures in time to ensure that employees are on duty and provide them with necessary protection.
