Tencent members who log in with mobile phone number cannot obtain verification code

The mobile phone cannot receive text messages from certain numbers. We recommend that you:

1. If it is an official text message from an operator, bank, group purchase, etc., please try to have it resend and check your SIM card status, restart the phone later to receive again.

2. If it is a verification code, it is recommended to change to another location and try to resend and receive it to rule out whether it is caused by network reasons.

3. Change to another time period to receive again.

4. Verify whether the SMS blacklist function is set up on the mobile phone: Information-More-Settings-Intercepted Messages-Blacklist/Whitelist/Intercepted Phrases/Intercepted Messages-View (Operation Methods of Different Models of Mobile Phones) may vary slightly).

5. Check whether the latest third-party software (security guard, system management) has been downloaded on your phone. It is possible that the software has intercepted text messages. It is recommended that you try to uninstall it.

6. Try changing other SIM cards.

7. If it doesn’t work, please back up your phone’s data (phone book, SMS messages, multimedia materials, etc.) and restore your phone’s factory settings.
