oppo erases data

If your OPPO phone needs to be restored to factory settings (here, we take the OPPORenoAce phone CoIorOS11.1 version as an example). You can follow the following path:

Enter the phone's "Settings>Other Settings>Restore Phone" and clear the corresponding content according to the phone prompts.

(If the phone has a lock screen password set, before clearing the phone data, you need to enter the lock screen password to verify the phone data. If you forget the password, please back up important data on the phone and bring the purchase receipt to the local OPPO Officially authorized service experience center for processing)

①Restore wireless settings: Only restore WLAN, Bluetooth and mobile data networks.

②Restore system settings only: Restore only system settings (all system settings in settings).

③ Clear downloaded applications and application data: Clear your downloaded applications and application data (keep music, photos and other data).

④ Completely clear all data: Clear all data in the phone (including photos and music) and restore system settings.

⑤Clear mobile phone contacts and call records: Only clear mobile phone contacts and call records, SIM card contacts will be retained.

⑥Clear mobile phone text messages and MMS messages: Only clear mobile phone text messages and MMS messages, SIM card text messages will be retained.

Warm reminder:

① Before performing factory reset, please back up your phone’s contacts, text messages, photos, applications and other information to avoid losing important data.

② If you have backed up data through the "Settings > System Settings (Other Settings) > Data Backup and Migration (Backup and Recovery)" function before, it is recommended that you copy the data to external storage or Save it to your computer.
