You can log in to official website-find the order of the goods you want to apply for after-sales in my order-click on the order details-choose to apply for refund/after-sales (return and repair).

After applying, a staff member will contact you in about 12 hours. Please be patient. If you can't apply, if you apply for maintenance service, you can also go to Xiaomi's authorized maintenance outlets or Xiaomi's home for maintenance, and you can contact Xiaomi's manual customer service to help you apply.
