How to write the notice of commencement?

You can simply write two sentences: a certain school is scheduled to be registered on a certain day of a certain year and officially open on a certain day of a certain month. Please bring tuition and fees, books and holiday homework to report for duty. Please tell each other. X year x month x day.

Or write like this: Dear parents of XX students, hello, due to the reasons and influence of XX, for the sake of XX, our school decided to officially start school on XX, XX, XX. Please forgive the inconvenience caused to you.

School-starting syndrome:

When school starts after the holiday, primary and secondary school students show obvious non-organic pathological manifestations that are not suitable for the study and life of the new semester. Psychologists call it "school-starting syndrome" and "school-starting phobia"

"School-starting syndrome" has many manifestations, mostly in physiology: insomnia, lethargy and some unexplained dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, urinary incontinence, fatigue, loss of appetite and so on. Psychological manifestations are: memory loss, decreased understanding, weariness of learning, anxiety, absent-mindedness in class, emotional instability and so on.

Psychologists believe that these manifestations are the psychological defense mechanism of people's subconscious mind, which transforms some negative emotions that are unwilling to face, disagree, be suppressed and unhappy into some physical symptoms, and the symptoms get better after a period of time.
