I was born in a small village in Shandong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was poor, so when I was in middle school, I had to work after class to earn money to help my parents.

At 199- 1993, I worked as an assistant fund manager in China technology import and export corporation. 1993 so far, I have been employed by China import and export company as the manager of financial accounting department.

My personal achievements:

After graduating from university of international business and economics, I was hired as an assistant fund manager by China Technology Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of relevant documents and analyzing the overall capital situation of the company, I found that the loan policy has not been implemented. Therefore, we have billions of RMB loans, and the interest rate is very high, while the bank's large amount of cash is idle and the interest rate is very low. I reported this situation to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This modification saved the company about 30 million yuan. In order to improve the effectiveness of funds, after a year's efforts, I developed the internal banking system of the company according to the actual fund supply and needs of different departments and projects. This internal banking system makes full use of the company's capital resources, which is why I was highly praised by the company's president.

Why choose your MBA program?

After working in the business field for eight years, I think I need to continue my studies and pursue a master's degree in business administration. I used my professional knowledge in accounting, demonstrated my leadership and improved my communication skills. But I haven't become a real entrepreneur, and I haven't fully mastered modern business art. I want to get more active training in the scientific methods of analysis and synthesis.
