What should I do to verify the identity information of online ticket purchase?

Open 12306 and log in to the passenger service, my 12306. As shown in the figure below.

2. Click on my 12306 and select a common contact.

Enter my usual contacts and add a ticket buyer to have a look.

3. Add a new contact

Click Add on my 12306 page to add contacts, as shown in the following figure.

4. The status of the newly added contact is "to be verified"

After a new contact is added to my contact list, its status is pending verification. As shown in the figure below.

5. Why do you want to verify?

According to the new railway regulations, online ticket purchase of the second-generation ID card requires online verification, just like bank account opening. What is not verified will be verified. See the notice in the figure below for details.

6. Check at the railway ticket window.

Take the second-generation ID card to the railway ticket window for verification.

7. Check at the train ticket sales point.

You can also check your identity at the train ticket sales point designated by the railway.
