When Tik Tok was brushed, the WeChat video came and there was no response, probably because the notification functions of both WeChat and Tik Tok were turned off. It can be solved by the following steps:

1. Open WeChat, click "Me", click "Settings", find "New Message Notification", and turn on the functions of "Receiving voice and video call invitation reminder".

3. Find WeChat in "Application Notification Management" and open the functions of "Allow Notification" and "New Message Notification".
