How many days can IELTS receive text messages on the report card?

1. If the candidate has not received the report card on the15th working day after the exam, the candidate may:

Please immediately check the EMS express number with the Examination Department of the British Council (as the Cultural and Education Office of embassies and consulates in China, UK), and call the postal express service hotline1185, or visit the EMS website to check the express status.

2. Apply for sending additional transcripts to foreign embassies or universities.

1) Candidates can apply for sending directly when filling in the registration form on the IELTS registration website, with up to 5 extra transcripts, and no handling fee is charged.

2) Send supplementary transcripts within 15 working days after the examination.

3) Before the registration deadline, candidates can modify and send the application online; If there is any change after the registration deadline, please contact the Examination Department of the British Council (as the Cultural and Education Office of embassies and consulates in China, UK) in time.

5) Additional transcripts will be sent within 5 working days after receiving your application (not earlier than the date when the candidates' transcripts are sent out).

Note: Candidates can check the sending records of additional transcripts on the website of/examples/examins/Chinese/search.jsp every Friday after 17:00, and the sending results will be notified to candidates by email.
