How to delete the telephone and SMS records of China Mobile's online business hall?

China Mobile's online business hall cannot delete telephone and SMS records.

1. There are usually two ways to query call records, online business hall query (within 6 months) or offline business halls of major operators. Before querying, you need to confirm that you have the ownership and right to use the searched number, otherwise you can't query.

2. Online business hall inquiry: log in to the online business hall of the operator to which the number belongs, enter the number and service password to log in, and select "Call Record Inquiry". The website will send the SMS verification code to the checked number. After verification with the verification code, you can query the call records and provide downloading and printing.

3. Off-line business hall inquiry: the owner needs to carry his personal ID card, show the owner's identity to the business hall staff, verify the inquiry password, inquire and print the call record, or enter the password in the self-service server for inquiry.
