Tuanbao Power Supply Station, where I am located, is located in Tuanbao Town, Lichuan City, which has the reputation of "Hometown of Yam in China". Together with 37 colleagues, I am responsible for the power supply service of 8 10KV lines, 164 sets and 70,000 people.

In 2008, I was appointed as the director of Tuanbao Power Supply Station. After getting along with colleagues for a period of time, I found that some employees were indifferent to safety awareness, did not wear seat belts, did not wear safety helmets, and were unsupervised in aerial work. These habitual violations are common in daily work.

These scenes make me feel a lot of pressure. Life is above everything else, if our team is not safe, then the life of employees will lose its meaning; If our team ignores safety, the lives of our brothers and sisters will be in danger. Together with my colleagues in the Committee, I decided to start by cultivating safety concepts and habits.

Combined with the actual situation of our power supply station, the "four ones" activities were carried out in the safety team activities, specifically: a daily pre-shift meeting, a weekly safety presentation, a monthly case discussion and a quarterly safety test. There is a pre-shift meeting every day. Some people may think that the pre-shift meeting is just a form, but it is not. The function of the pre-shift meeting is not only to explain the work tasks of the day to everyone, but more importantly, it is also a mirror for us to find potential safety hazards.

At the pre-class meeting, as a team leader, you should not only talk eloquently, but also look at your face. In practice, our approach is: swearing depends on emotions, speaking in order, and answering questions to see reactions. At the pre-shift meeting, observe the emotional state of employees by calling in advance; By listening to employees' understanding of the work tasks and operation processes of the day, we can observe whether they are disorganized and have any mistakes or omissions in the work tasks of the day; Understand the familiarity of employees with safety technology through safety knowledge question and answer. Through these three methods, we can find the team employees who are emotionally unstable, unclear in tasks and unfamiliar with safety regulations in time, so as to arrange their work reasonably, strengthen personal safety learning and avoid accidents.

Security information once a week. Many times, accidents happen not because we don't know what to do, but because we are afraid of trouble and ignore some processes. As a group leader, we can't always remind the class members to pay attention to safety.

Who can finish the task instead of us? I found that every employee has a mobile phone, so I adopted the practice of "sending a safe message to the class Committee every week and sending a warm reminder to the family members of the class Committee before every major work". These safety information sent to the class members are carefully selected from the safety regulations, which are easily overlooked in our daily work. At the same time, on the day before the start of every major construction, we will send a warm reminder to the family members of the class who participated in the construction, asking them to remind the class members not to drink, ensure sleep and pay attention to safety.

Case discussion once a month. As the saying goes, stones from other mountains can attack jade. Carrying out case education can help us learn from the accident. The cases we discussed before mainly include two parts: one part is a major safety accident issued by the superior company and occurred in other units, and the other part is the illegal behavior of our team.

This way of talking about yourself is very popular in the class. Everyone said that although it was a bit embarrassing, by talking about themselves and others, they had a clearer understanding of the possible consequences of their neglect of safety and improved their safety awareness.

Once a quarter, the safety examination is both an examination and a study. In order to prevent the exam from "going through the motions" and encourage everyone to learn safety laws and regulations well and make good use of them, we stipulate that the exam will be divided into a passing line of 90. Those who pass the top three exams will be rewarded, and those who fail to pass the exam will concentrate on studying for three days and then make up the exam.

Through these measures, we find that there are fewer habitual violations and the implementation of safety laws and regulations is stricter; Less sloppy style, more mutual reminders. Learning and using safety laws and regulations well is gradually becoming everyone's conscious behavior. Over the past few years, we have gradually strengthened the responsibility system for production safety with the "Four Ones" movement as the carrier.

Speaking of carelessness, I want to tell a story that happened to me. I was an apprentice electrician at that time. That day, my monitor and I were on the ground overhauling the power distribution cabinet. However, I was kicked two meters away. When I came to my senses, I found that the power supply had not been cut off. The monitor kicked me.
