Actually, it has nothing to do with language. SMS interface is an address. You need to log in and get the sessionid, and then use it as a voucher to send data to another address, namely SMS. So, as long as you can communicate remotely, anything will do.

I made one before. It wasn't as fun as I thought. When you buy an interface, it will send you a code package to use as a library.
