I sent a blessing message to the leader during the holiday, but I didn't reply. Am I dissatisfied with my work?

The leader may have seen the message, but if he is busy, someone will reply. Some people don't reply. They just want each other to receive blessings, and they don't necessarily want each other to bless themselves as well. I have sent a message of blessing to the leader before, but it doesn't mean that he is dissatisfied with me. Sometimes he just smiles when he sees it, and then goes on with his own business. In addition, some leaders don't like to send messages, while others don't. At work, leaders should be more earnest and modest, and correct mistakes quickly when they find them.
