1. First, you can wait patiently for 3 hours. Please don't enter your password again in the meantime. It will be unlocked automatically after 3 hours and can be re-entered. Please refer to the page prompt for the specific locking time.

2. Then reset the password through the reset password option on Alipay's website or Alipay's APP, and unlock it immediately.

3. Then log in to Alipay's personal center through your account number and password and find the account setting point.

4. Then, click Account Settings, and the following interface will appear. Find the payment password and click the reset button behind the payment password.

5. Then click Reset and choose the password reset method according to your convenient way. What you need is: mobile phone verification SMS, ID number, scanned copies of the front and back of ID card, question password, etc. Here I choose SMS verification+ID number verification.
