Note2 mobile phone has no prompt tone when receiving SMS, but there are prompt tones on qq and WeChat. What happened? There is no mute.

If there is no message prompt tone when you receive the text message, I suggest you:

1. Try to reset the SMS ringtone: Info-Menu-Settings-Notification Check and select the ringtone.

2. Check whether the phone is turned on in silent mode, and pull down the top curtain to turn the sound green.

3. Set the notification volume of the mobile phone (Settings-Sound-Volume-Notification, turn up the notification volume).

4. Try to replace other built-in system ringtones.
