How to check phone bill balance when abroad

1. If China Unicom users need to check the phone bill in other places, they can check the phone bill status by dialing the China Unicom customer service hotline, logging into the China Unicom online business hall, China Unicom mobile phone business hall client and other channels.

1. If a China Unicom user is out of town, he or she can dial the local China Unicom customer service number to check the phone bill. The dialing method is the home area code 10010. If a Chongqing China Unicom user is out of town, dial 02310010.

2. China Unicom users can enter their mobile phone number and service password to log into China Unicom’s online business hall to check their phone bill status.

1) Log in to China Unicom’s online business hall and click “Charge Inquiry” - “Real-time Charge” on the homepage.

2) After clicking, you can check the phone bill usage.

3) On the current page, click "Query" and "Account Balance" on the left to query the current account balance.

3. China Unicom users enter their mobile phone number and service password to log in to the China Unicom Mobile Business Hall client.

1) Enter the China Unicom Mobile Business Hall client, click Service-Inquiry-Telephone Bill Business Inquiry-Real-time Telephone Bill/Account Balance.
