How to find the phone bill when the mobile phone is down

If the Unicom number used is down, you can check the phone bill through the following channels:

1. Download and log in to China Unicom APP, click "Service-Query-Basic Query", and select the phone bill item to query according to the page prompts.

2. Log in to the online business hall of China Unicom, click "Query-Telephone Fee Business Query", and select the telephone fee item to query according to the page prompts.

3. Call Unicom customer service hotline to check the phone bill.

4. The owner himself carries the original valid ID card to Unicom's own business hall to check the phone bill.
