Samsung mobile phone blocked the other party's short message, how to unblock it?

Just cancel the blacklist, as follows:

1. In standby mode, click Application.

2. Click Settings.

3. Click My Device, and then select Call/Message Block.

4. Click on the voice call blocking list.

5. Click+.

6. Enter a number or add a number from the Address Book, and then click Save.

7. A green checkmark indicates that the number has been added to the voice call blacklist.

8. If you need to delete or cancel the blacklist, just delete the mobile phone number in the blacklist.
