Forgot the PIN code:

1. If you forget your PIN code and can't enter the password of Microsoft account to enter the system, please follow the following steps to reset your PIN code to enter the system.

1. Please log in to the Microsoft interface first, make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet, and then click "I forgot my PIN".

Warm reminder: This interface is a Microsoft login interface, not a local login interface. This step depends on whether there is an option to enter a secret protection question or reset the password when setting the password. If you didn't enter a secret protection question before, "I forgot my PIN" will not pop up.

3. If your Microsoft account has a bound mobile phone number, please choose to send SMS to this mobile phone number, and you need to verify the last four digits of the mobile phone number before sending SMS;
