China Merchants Bank Mobile Banking must verify the equipment every time it logs in. What's going on here? It wasn't like this before.

If you use China Bank's mobile banking on an unbound device, you need to unbind it from the online banking with authentication tools through the mobile banking (original device) or unbind it after verifying the customer's identity at the counter. There is a one-to-one correspondence between you and mobile devices.

Unbinding can be done in three ways: mobile banking client self-service, online banking cross-channel unbinding and counter unbinding. 1. Log in to the mobile banking client with the original bound mobile phone device, and complete the unbinding after authentication with a single mobile phone transaction code, BOC e-order+mobile phone transaction code (or BOC e-shield in audio); ; 2. You can use online banking, and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding; 3. When registering online banking and bank card/discount associated with online banking (mobile banking), you can unbind it at any counter of our bank with valid ID.
