The bank will make a dunning, depending on the loan amount. Under normal circumstances, if it is overdue for 3 months, it will be prosecuted. According to the relevant provisions of the Contract Law, the borrower fails to repay the loan within the time limit stipulated in the loan contract, which is a breach of contract and should bear the liability for breach of contract. The ways to bear the liability for breach of contract include returning the loan principal, paying the interest during the loan period agreed in the contract and paying the interest of loans overdue.

Legal basis: Article 67 1 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the lender fails to provide the loan according to the agreed date and amount, thus causing losses to the borrower, it shall compensate for the losses.

If the borrower fails to collect the loan according to the agreed date and amount, it shall pay interest according to the agreed date and amount.
