In order to effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread in COVID-19, Shandong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued public health tips on epidemic prevention and control:

First, all personnel who return to Shandong from outside the province must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours; If there is no negative certificate, 1 nucleic acid test should be conducted within 24 hours after arrival. Focus on Shanghai, Hebei, Jilin and other cities with rapid recent epidemic development and cities in medium and high risk areas.

2. Home health monitoring was carried out for 7 days in the county where the middle and high risk area is located, and 1 nucleic acid was detected on the third day, the third day and the seventh day respectively. If the high-risk area is not published but there is a cluster epidemic or there is a risk of community communication, it shall be implemented with reference to the county where the high-risk area is located.

Third, personnel in high-risk positions such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports should try to avoid coming to Shandong. If you really need to enter Shandong, you must meet the requirements of leaving your post 14 days and holding a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance, and you must not go out or gather after returning home.

4. For those who have a recent travel history, please pay close attention to the information of cases and asymptomatic infection tracks published in epidemic areas and information of high-risk areas. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of positive infected people, people who have been to or passed through high-risk areas, and people who accompany them in the air at the same time should immediately report to communities, hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation.

Five, strictly limit the travel to high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in the prefecture-level city where the high-risk areas are located unless necessary; Personnel in high-risk positions should try to avoid traveling. If you really need to travel, you must meet the requirements of leaving your job 14 days or more and holding a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to your unit; Fever patients, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel before eliminating the risk of infection.

6. It is suggested to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government network and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and do personal protection on the way.

Seven, strictly implement the personal protective measures such as "wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, take temperature frequently, and get together less", and develop good personal hygiene habits. If you have fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transport.

Eight, it is recommended that the eligible public be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine, and encourage the public who have completed the whole immunization for 6 months to strengthen immunization.
