Tsinghua University 2022 Undergraduate Admissions Charter Chapter I General Provisions

Rule number one In order to further standardize the undergraduate enrollment in Tsinghua University and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual undergraduate enrollment in Tsinghua University.

Rule number two School name: Tsinghua University. Address: Tsinghua Campus, Haidian District, Beijing. Higher authorities: People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Education. Nature of running a school: public and full-time colleges and universities. Undergraduate graduates who have obtained the status of our school and have completed their studies are awarded the graduation certificate of general higher education. Chapter III Planning and Access

Article 7? According to the actual situation of our school's talent training objectives and school conditions, Tsinghua University has made overall consideration of the number of candidates, the quality of students, regional coordinated development and key support policies in all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), made overall arrangements for calendar years, determined the enrollment plans of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and announced them to the public after being reported to the Ministry of Education for approval. Take 1% of the total enrollment plan as the reserved plan to adjust the imbalance of students in the online entrance examination.

Article 8? In accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education, Tsinghua University's enrollment work adheres to the principle that "schools are responsible for enrollment and supervision", and under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment departments of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) uniformly organize and implement it.

Article 10? According to the enrollment plan of our school in various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) and the application of candidates, Tsinghua University determines the file transfer ratio and score line. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, in principle, the ratio of file transfer should be controlled within 1.20% for batches that voluntarily file in sequence. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle. Tsinghua University implements the admission rules of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with "clear scores".

Article 11? In the case that the ideological and political moral assessment is qualified, the physical health status meets the training requirements of relevant majors, the scores of college entrance examination files reach the admission control scores of a batch of undergraduate students in this province (municipality directly under the central government and autonomous region) (the provinces that merge a batch of undergraduate students implement its relevant regulations) and meet the requirements of file adjustment in Tsinghua University, the school enrolls students from high to low according to the scores of college entrance examination files with reference to the comprehensive quality evaluation of candidates and academic level examination results. Candidates with the same scores are admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provincial admissions department.

Article 12? When shifting gears, Tsinghua University recognizes in principle that all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) give candidates policy extra points according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education; If the same candidate meets the conditions of multiple policy bonus points, only the highest bonus points will be adopted. In principle, the bonus points will not exceed 20 points. If there are other provisions on the strong foundation plan and special types of enrollment results, those provisions shall prevail (the bonus items and scores are not applicable to the strong foundation plan and special types of enrollment projects that do not arrange provincial enrollment plans, such as college special plans (self-improvement plans), arts, high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams).

The physical examination standard for undergraduate enrollment in Tsinghua University is formulated according to the physical examination requirements of ordinary colleges and universities, combined with the reality of our school, and is included in the admission basis of our college entrance examination.

Article 20?
