Marathon running bar registration

You have to sign up successfully first. Successful payment does not mean successful registration. Usually after success, the organizing Committee will send you a text message. Some people can get clothes in advance. There are also people from other places who can get clothes number plates on the first day of the competition.

There are four energy bars in the wallet, plus a mobile phone and a little cash for emergencies. There is usually water in the competition venue, so you don't have to bring it yourself.

Wear the old shoes you often wear for running. Have a good sleep on the first day. Get up early in the morning and have a full meal 1 hour before the game.
