Wechat deleted friends, but can the other party still see them by texting?

On WeChat, if one of two friends deletes the other, they can't send messages to each other.

When one party deletes the friend of the other party and the other party sends a message to the other party, the following prompt will appear:

Wechat friends cannot be restored after being deleted. If necessary, please add friends again.

After deleting friends, because the chat records involve users' privacy, if they have not been migrated and backed up before, the users' chat records will not be saved on the WeChat server, nor will they be restored.
